Upward Cheerleading promotes character and self-esteem in every child by providing:

The one-time registration fee of $58.00 covers an 8-game season, as well as the following:

The cheer mock turtleneck is not covered, but optional at $12
Every cheerleader must attend a registration/orientation date at the start of each season. Please see an application or the current information on the website.
Practices occur in conjunction with Upward Flag Football in the fall. Practices begin in late August. They are usually held on a weeknight at a rate of once per week for an hour, anywhere between 5:30 & 7:30 pm, and typically on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. You can indicate which practice night is NOT good for you on your registration form. Games take place on Saturdays for 8 weeks (starting in September). Other pertinent information regarding registration and orientation is listed on the application.

ORIENTATION
Every cheerleader must attend on of the available registration /orientation dates that are publicized before each season. Next date on Sat., Aug. 7th between 9:00-11:00AM.
Note: Cheerleaders are not evaluated, nor do they need to "try out". EVERY cheerleader is placed on a squad. There is no experience necessary to participate.
COACHING
Coaches are always needed, both head & assistant. Training is provided. If you are interested in coaching, please indicate this on your child's form or contact Tommy Parks or Kenneth Turner directly.
